To provide you with the right solution, we require specific details. If you can physically bring in your hose, please do so (excluding the office area). If not, kindly provide us with the length, pressure rating, types of fittings used, and the substance it carries. Regarding fittings, if you're unable to bring them, please share the thread type, seal information, angle, and any special arrangements. At B&W Hydraulics, we ensure that our employees are well-versed in operating various machines, understanding different threads, sizes, and specifications to cater to the diverse needs of every customer. Each customer is treated as our top priority, receiving personalized attention and solutions for their fitting and hose requirements.

Can we identify your requirements from a photo? While a visual aid helps, it's challenging to ensure accuracy without physically inspecting the item. Bringing it in person is ideal, we need to be able to take hoses and fittings to provide the correct product for you, we cannot take it off the machinery for you.

How long does it take for orders to arrive? Typically, if the supplies are in stock, we can fulfill your request the same day. However, for special orders, it may take about a day for us to procure the items, occasionally longer. Brake lines usually have a lead time of a week.

What is a standard fitting? There is not a standard fitting, each customer has their own standard fittings that fit their needs, which is completely different for the next customer.

Payment Methods: We accept payments in Cash, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay. For company convenience, we offer setting up a Purchase Order (PO) Account. Additionally, we facilitate payments over the phone for your ease.
